I'm a little late but stop, just for a moment.

In America and Canada October 15th is Pregnancy and
Infant Loss Remembrance Day.

But all over the world there are families with empty arms
and broken hearts, my own extended family and close friends
included. So pause, light a candle, take stock of your lot,
hug your kids and loved ones and remember how blessed we are
to have them here, because time is so very very fleeting.
